“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.” …Jeremiah 29:11

Brenda Rivera My name is Brenda and I am a servant of the only Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I was saved after hearing the gospel of salvation by one of the Lord’s servants. This miracle has truly changed my life on many levels, especially when you consider that I also am a survivor of satanic ritualistic abuse*. Even though I grew up in a family whose generation of Satan worship goes back for centuries, I knew early on in my Christian life that the Lord Jesus Christ called me to serve Him in ministry on some capacity. Many years later Freedom Run and Consider This Ministries is that holy vocation come to pass.

“In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul. …Psalm 138:3 |
Wendy Catarino The Lord has been guiding me in preparation for this ministry since I was a child. I was saved when I was 5 years old by watching a puppet show about Jesus that made me realize He loved me so much He would die for me. Growing up, I remember playing with my toys as my mom listened to a Christian radio program that dealt with hurting teens and adults who were in the occult. I would pray in agreement for the lost as demons manifested and the radio program host would pray for deliverance. I learned much about the power of our Almighty God whose power saves the lost and gives hope to the hurting. As I grew older, the Lord continued to train me up in this area of ministry by exposing me to several people, including many friends, effected by occult trauma. Throughout these experiences, God has confirmed to me just how real and evil the kingdom of darkness is, while at the same time, reminding me just how powerful Jesus Christ truly is and that His faithfulness endures forever. But now, O Israel, the Lord who created you says: “Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name, you are Mine” …Isaiah 43:1 |
Chris Catarino Growing up in a strong Christian family that was well immersed in Church activity and music, I gained a strong foundation for my personal walk with Christ. At an early age, I gained the awareness of Who God was and how much He wanted relationship with His children. God began calling me out for ministry and I began working in many music related areas in our local church before the age of ten. I knew God had a purpose for me and had something special He wanted me to do. However, even with that knowledge, the enemy used many of my own fears and doubts to bind me up for so many years. It was Church ministry that helped develop my love for worship. It was quite often the only place I could turn in the really rough and lonely times, and it was the time where I felt God’s very real presence minister to those broken areas of my life. We have all been created to worship, and I believe God has called me to use music as a weapon of warfare to release the captive and lead them into deep, intimate, and passionate worship. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me …Ps. 23:4 |
Michelle Catarino de Jesus There are many ways we worship and serve God. I love to worship Him through singing. This is how I feel most connected to the One and only true and perfect God. For me, worship is battle; it’s praise and glorifying God. It’s healing through brokenness; it’s overcoming fear and failure. It’s joy in knowing who I am in Christ. It’s expressing my love to Jesus. It’s my life-line to God. Prayer is a chord strongly interwoven in that worship life-line. God often places a burden upon my heart to intercede in prayer for others and I am forever thankful, honored, and humbled that He chooses to pour His love out through me. I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior when I was about 8 years old, during Vacation Bible School. From early on in life, the presence of God in my parents was so evident to me that there was never a question in my mind that He is the only One, true, perfect, pure, loving God. Do I understand everything about Him or why He allows various things to happen in our lives? No, but of this I’m sure: He works all things together for good to those who love Him (Rom 8:28). His thoughts about all of us, if they could be counted, are more in number than all the grains of sand (Ps. 139:17 & 18). He has a good purpose for our lives (Jer. 29:11). He has promised to all who will commit their lives to Him, eternal life in heaven (Rom. 10:9-13; John 14:2). I pray that you too will find freedom in this promise. Educational/Personal Credentials:
